As a Director of Implementation, you’ll lead the team responsible for launching Inspiren's solutions at client sites. This player-coach role requires someone who’s just as comfortable managing complex implementations as they are mentoring a growing team. You’ll own the full lifecycle of implementation, ensuring clients have a seamless, high-quality onboarding experience.
Responsible for the management of a variety of projects for corporate and/or strategic business unit (SBU). Provides support through the planning and execution of these projects, including establishing deadlines, assigning resources/responsibilities, and monitoring progress. Prepares reports for upper management regarding project status and ensures project documents are complete and current.
This role involves overseeing the day-to-day activities for a team of clinicians, balancing provider flexibility with operational efficiency. The General Manager will be responsible for utilization management, capacity planning, adherence to care protocol, billing consistency, and cost control. This is a highly cross-functional and collaborative role, working with clinicians, Product and Tech, Clinical Support, and other centralized operational functions.
